Quality & commitments

Our quality policy is based on three major principles: food safety, product compliance and good hygiene practices in our restaurants.

Quality control

At O’Tacos, the quality management system relies on all of our employees' involvement. Our quality policy is managed by the quality department’s engineers and our on-site staff, who are responsible for ensuring its roll out in our restaurants.

Food safety

Food safety is our priority, and as such, audits, controls and analyses are regularly carried out throughout the whole food production chain, both at our suppliers and in our restaurants, in order to provide the best guarantees to our clients.

Regulations

All of our operations comply with the regulations in force in the countries we are established in.

Ingredient selection

Each ingredient is carefully selected according to exacting criteria that meet our specifications.

We work in partnership with our suppliers to implement the necessary measures to secure the upstream supply chain.

Good hygiene and production practices

All of our on-site staff undergo training in good hygiene and production practices.

All of our restaurants are audited quarterly with unannounced inspections by independent laboratories in order to monitor the adherence to good hygiene and production practices.

Storage and traceability

In the kitchens, our ingredients are all kept for a limited amount of time to ensure continuous stock rotation. Digital self-checks are recorded and monitored daily by the restaurant teams in all areas: traceability of prepared food products, temperature of equipment and products, oil quality and product life management.

A list of the allergens in our products is available on all of our platforms: our website, the ‘O’Tacos Officiel’ app and the on-site kiosks. The list is available from our staff at the counter in restaurants.

We ensure a high level
of continuous quality control
to guarantee our customers satisfaction.
