QUALITY MANAGEMENT

At O’Tacos, the quality management system relies on the involvement of all our employees. Our quality policy is coordinated by the quality department engineers and our field teams, who are responsible for implementing it across all our restaurants.

We continuously maintain a high level of quality monitoring to ensure customer satisfaction.

FOOD SAFETY

Food safety is our priority. For this reason, audits, inspections, and analyses are regularly conducted throughout our entire food chain, both at our suppliers and in our restaurants, to provide the highest guarantees to our customers.

SELECTION OF RAW MATERIALS

Each raw material is carefully selected according to specific criteria that meet our specifications.

We work in partnership with our suppliers to implement the necessary measures to secure the upstream part of the supply chain.

GOOD HYGIENE AND PRODUCTION PRACTICES

All our restaurant staff receive training in good hygiene and production practices.

All our restaurants are audited quarterly without prior notice by independent laboratories to verify compliance with hygiene and production standards.

STORAGE AND TRACEABILITY

In the kitchen, all ingredients are stored for a limited time to ensure continuous product rotation.

Daily, in a digitalized way, self-checks are recorded and monitored by restaurant teams at all levels: traceability of prepared food, product and equipment temperatures, oil quality, and management of product shelf life.
